A few days in the Cairngorms in Scotland in
August 2009. I can hardly walk
after my trip to Scotland at the weekend! Over 2 days we did Meal a’ Bhuchaille
(810m), Creagan Gorm (732m), Craiggowrie (687m), Ben MacDhui (1309m) and
Cairngorm (1245m). I haven’t done any serious walking since February so I’m
totally unfit! I’m planning more walking trips from October onwards so I need
to be fit!
